Pre-registration and ID is required to bid on our auctions. EstateSales.org is our host site and you will enter all your contact information on that site.
Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted. Sorry, no PayPal, no checks. There is a 4% convenience fee for credit/debit card purchases.
We charge a 10% buyer's premium.
Sales tax of 5% is added to all WI sales unless buyer presents a tax except form.
Everything is sold as is where is. There are no returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what they are bidding on and the condition of items. Every item has a short description which can be found by clicking on the photo to open the new information page with additional photos and description. We do our best to describe condition, but may occasionally miss a spot or blemish. If something is obviously damaged we will note that.
Local bidders are expected to pick their items up at the stated pick up time and date unless other arrangements are made. Items must be paid for before
removal from premises Call (920) 979-1945 for alternate pick up information.
Shipping is available to out of state bidders at actual shipping cost plus a $5.00 handling fee on one box, $10.00 handling fee on two boxes, $15.00 handling fee for three boxes. Your bid is a binding contract. Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow through with payment. Out of State bidders must provide mailing address and wait for invoice total with shipping and handling charges before paying. Shipping will be within 3 days after payment has been received. A tracking number will be provided.
For shipments, payment must be made upon receipt of invoice. We will charge your card on file if payment has not been made by you within 2 days of sending invoice. If you do not pay you will forfeit right to items, and will no longer be able to do business with Edwards Auction Service.
Please bring your own packing materials. We have very limited space and supplies available. There is no help for loading.
Edwards Auction Service, LLC has the right to withdraw items from auction prior to auction start. This would happen in cases where item becomes damaged, theft, or seller withdraws it.
Edwards Auction Service, LLC is to be held harmless in cases of personal injury.

Bidder understands that Edwards Auction Service, LLC is not liable for malfunction of the service and bidder has no claim against Edwards Auction Service, LLC in case of any software malfunction including but not limited to missed bids. NOTE: this software automatically
extends the time on the auctions if a bid comes just before closing and will continue to extend auction time until all bidding ceases.
